Who We Are

Mesh Learning operates Mesh Learning, a workspace for whiteboards, notes, uploaded materials, videos, web links, maps, chat, and AI assistance.

Age Requirement

Mesh Learning is intended for users who are at least 13 years old. It is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide, information created while you use Mesh, billing records needed to manage paid features, and technical information needed to run the service.

• Account and sign-in information, such as your email address and authentication records.
• Profile information, such as your name and profile photo if you add one.
• Workspace content, including board content, notes, maps, topics, chats, PDFs, images, video links, web links, generated work, and related metadata.
• Feedback and support messages you send to us.
• AI feature content and usage information, including prompts, responses, tool activity, generated outputs, usage events, errors, and reliability logs.
• Billing records, such as payment processor customer identifiers, subscription status, payment status, credit purchases, and billing events. Mesh does not store full card numbers.
• Session, cookie, and local browser storage information needed for sign-in, security, preferences, and app functionality.
• First-touch acquisition information, such as the campaign or channel tag on a Mesh link, when you create an account.
• Advertising measurement information for Reddit campaigns, such as page visits, completed account creation, Reddit click identifiers, IP address, browser user agent, and hashed email or account identifiers.

Cookies And Tracking

Mesh Learning uses sign-in cookies and local browser storage to keep you signed in, protect your account, remember your preferences, and make app features work. Those service cookies are not used for advertising.

Mesh also uses the Reddit Pixel and Reddit Conversions API to measure whether Reddit campaigns lead to page visits and completed account creation. Reddit may set or read browser identifiers for attribution. For a completed signup, Mesh may send a Reddit click identifier, IP address, browser user agent, and hashed email or account identifier. Mesh does not send workspace content through these advertising measurement tools.

Mesh does not sell personal information. Browser Do Not Track signals do not by themselves disable this advertising measurement.

Service providers that power Mesh features may receive information only as described in this policy.

How We Use Information

• Provide, secure, and maintain Mesh Learning.
• Authenticate users and manage account access.
• Save and show your workspace content across workspaces.
• Process uploaded materials and workspace content so Mesh can answer questions, generate images, and support workspace features.
• Operate plans, subscriptions, Mesh credits, storage limits, receipts, and billing support.
• Improve reliability, troubleshoot issues, and protect against misuse.
• Measure which Mesh campaigns and outreach channels lead to account creation.
• Respond to feedback, support, deletion, export, and other privacy requests.

AI Processing

Mesh uses AI model and search providers to power chat, image generation, web lookups, source search, and related features. When you use those features, your prompts, uploaded materials, images, board captures, notes, chats, maps, and other workspace content may be sent to providers so the requested feature can work.

Where provider controls are available, Mesh configures chat model calls to reduce provider-side storage or training use. Some features, such as uploaded-file search, image generation, and web lookup, may require provider processing or provider-side records so the feature can work.

You are responsible for deciding what information to put into Mesh. Do not upload or enter information that you are not allowed to share with the service.

Service Providers

We use service providers to operate Mesh Learning. These may include authentication, database, file storage, hosting, email, AI model, web search, payment, billing, site infrastructure, advertising measurement, and support providers. They may also include YouTube when you add or open YouTube video links and the destination websites you open from saved web links.

How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information.

• With service providers that help us operate Mesh Learning.
• When needed to comply with law, protect rights and safety, prevent abuse, or enforce our terms.
• If Mesh Learning is involved in a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets.
• When you direct us to share information or use a feature that requires sharing with a provider.

Retention, Deletion, And Export

We generally keep account and workspace information while your account and workspaces exist or while needed to operate the service, comply with law, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and maintain backups and logs.

You can review and update your profile details at any time in Settings, or contact us at support@meshlearning.ai for help with any privacy request.

You can delete your account yourself from Settings (Danger Zone, Delete account). This permanently removes your content, profile, sign-in, credits, and Mesh billing profile. If a paid plan is active or scheduled to end, deletion cancels it immediately and forfeits remaining access and unused credits without an automatic refund. Invoices and payment records are retained by our payment provider for accounting and legal reasons.

Export and other privacy requests are handled by contacting support@meshlearning.ai. Some backups, logs, billing records, and provider records may take time to expire after a deletion is completed.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information in Mesh Learning. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy as Mesh Learning changes. If we make a material change, we will update the effective date or provide another reasonable notice. Continued use of Mesh Learning after an update means the updated policy applies.
