Who We Are

Mesh Learning LLC operates Mesh Learning, a workspace for whiteboards, notes, uploaded materials, videos, maps, artifacts, chat, and AI assistance.

Age Requirement

Mesh Learning is intended for users who are at least 13 years old. It is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide, information created while you use Mesh, billing records needed to manage paid features, and technical information needed to run the service.

• Account and sign-in information, such as your email address and authentication records.
• Profile information, such as your name and profile photo if you add one.
• Workspace content, including subjects, workspaces, board content, notes, maps, topics, artifacts, chats, PDFs, images, video links, generated work, and related metadata.
• Feedback and support messages you send to us.
• AI feature content and usage information, including prompts, responses, tool activity, generated outputs, usage events, errors, and reliability logs.
• Billing records, such as Stripe customer identifiers, subscription status, payment status, credit purchases, and billing events. Mesh does not store full card numbers.
• Session, cookie, and local browser storage information needed for sign-in, security, preferences, and app functionality.

How We Use Information

• Provide, secure, and maintain Mesh Learning.
• Authenticate users and manage private beta access.
• Save and show your workspace content across workspaces.
• Process uploaded materials and workspace content so Mesh can answer questions, generate artifacts or images, and support workspace features.
• Operate plans, subscriptions, Mesh credits, storage limits, receipts, and billing support.
• Improve reliability, troubleshoot issues, and protect against misuse.
• Respond to feedback, support, deletion, export, and other privacy requests.

AI Processing

Mesh uses AI and search providers to power chat, artifact creation, image generation, web lookups, source search, and related features. When you use those features, your prompts, uploaded materials, images, board captures, notes, chats, maps, artifacts, and other workspace content may be sent to providers so the requested feature can work.

Mesh configures OpenAI API chat model calls with storage disabled for Mesh responses. OpenAI states that API data is not used to train OpenAI models by default unless a customer opts in. Provider terms and controls may change, so review provider policies for the most current details.

You are responsible for deciding what information to put into Mesh. Do not upload or enter information that you are not allowed to share with the service.

Service Providers

We use service providers to operate Mesh Learning. These may include Supabase for authentication, database, and storage; OpenAI for AI features; Tavily or other search providers for web lookups; Stripe for payments, subscriptions, billing, receipts, and payment-method handling; Vercel for hosting and deployment; Cloudflare and domain infrastructure for DNS and site delivery; Google Workspace for email; and YouTube when you add or open YouTube video links.

How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information.

• With service providers that help us operate Mesh Learning.
• When needed to comply with law, protect rights and safety, prevent abuse, or enforce our terms.
• If Mesh Learning is involved in a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets.
• When you direct us to share information or use a feature that requires sharing with a provider.

Retention, Deletion, And Export

We generally keep account and workspace information while your account and workspaces exist or while needed to operate the service, comply with law, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and maintain backups and logs.

Deletion, export, and privacy requests are handled by contacting support@meshlearning.ai. Some backups, logs, billing records, and provider records may take time to expire after a request is completed.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information in Mesh Learning. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy as Mesh Learning changes. If we make a material change, we will update the effective date or provide another reasonable notice. Continued use of Mesh Learning after an update means the updated policy applies.
