Private Beta

Mesh Learning is currently offered as a private beta. Access may be limited to invited users, and features, pricing, credit amounts, storage limits, and availability may change as the product develops.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Mesh Learning. By using Mesh Learning, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you can follow these Terms.

Your Account

You are responsible for your account and for activity that happens through it. Keep your sign-in access secure and contact us if you believe your account has been compromised.

Your Content

You keep ownership of the content you add to Mesh Learning, including notes, board work, uploaded files, images, videos, maps, chats, and related materials.

You give Mesh Learning the limited permission needed to host, store, display, process, transform, transmit, and use your content so we can operate the service, provide AI features, troubleshoot issues, and support your account.

Acceptable Use

Do not use Mesh Learning in a way that is illegal, harmful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, or that interferes with the security or operation of the service.

AI Features

Mesh Learning uses AI features that can answer questions, inspect materials, create artifacts, generate images, and help with your work. AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your situation.

You are responsible for checking important work and deciding whether an AI output is appropriate to rely on.

Workspace Tool Only

Mesh Learning is a workspace and AI assistance tool. It is not professional, legal, medical, financial, or other expert advice.

Third-Party Services

Mesh Learning depends on third-party services, including providers such as Supabase, OpenAI, Stripe, Tavily or other search providers, Vercel, Cloudflare, Google Workspace, and YouTube. Their services may affect availability, functionality, payments, and how certain content is processed.

Plans And Mesh Credits

Mesh Learning may offer a Free plan and a paid Plus plan. Free includes monthly Mesh usage and a one-time 100 extra-credit grant when the account is created. Plus is currently $40 per month and includes more monthly Mesh usage, unless a different price or allowance is shown at checkout or in your account.

Mesh credits are used for Mesh responses, generated work, web lookups, source search, and related active AI-powered features. Monthly plan usage resets each billing period. Extra Mesh credits are purchased separately, do not reset, and are used after monthly plan usage. Stored Library files are governed by storage limits and do not spend Mesh credits.

Mesh credits have no cash value, are not a stored-value account, are not transferable, and cannot be withdrawn or redeemed for cash except where required by law.

Billing And Cancellation

Stripe handles payment collection, payment methods, receipts, subscription billing, and hosted billing management. By starting a paid subscription or buying credits, you authorize the applicable charges shown at checkout.

Plus subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can manage or cancel billing through the billing portal when it is available in your account. Canceling stops future renewal but does not automatically refund prior charges.

Payments and Mesh credit purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by law or approved by Mesh Learning case by case. If a paid feature fails or you believe there is a billing mistake, contact us at support@meshlearning.ai.

Suspension And Termination

We may suspend or end access to Mesh Learning if needed to protect the service, comply with law, address misuse, or close or change the beta.

Disclaimers And Limits

Mesh Learning is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Oklahoma, unless a different rule is required by applicable law.

Changes

We may update these Terms as Mesh Learning changes. If we make a material change, we will update the effective date or provide another reasonable notice. Continued use of Mesh Learning after an update means the updated Terms apply.

Questions about these Terms can be sent to support@meshlearning.ai.
