Mesh Learning Referral Agreement

This agreement is between Mesh Learning ("Mesh", "we") and you, the referrer. It starts on the date you agree to it.

Your link

You pick your own referral code, which gives you a personal link: meshlearning.ai/r/[your code]. Anyone who signs up for Mesh through your link is your referral. Mesh's records decide who signed up through it.

What you earn

You earn 20% of the subscription payments Mesh collects through its payment processor from each of your referrals, for that person's first 12 months of paid subscription. After those 12 months, that person no longer earns you anything.

What doesn't count

Refunded or disputed payments, payments that aren't subscriptions (such as one-time credit purchases), and payments from your own account.

When you get paid

We pay monthly, by bank transfer (ACH), for payments at least 30 days old, once you've earned at least $25. Anything under $25 carries over to the next month. Before your first payout, we'll email you to ask for your bank details. Mesh never asks for them in the app.

Your numbers

Refer people in Settings shows how many people signed up through your link and how many are paying. We'll share the payment totals behind each payout when you ask.

How you share

Share your link honestly. No spam, no fake accounts, and no promises about Mesh that we don't make. A referral that breaks these rules doesn't earn.

Changes and ending

We can change these terms with 30 days' written notice. People who signed up before a change keep the old terms for their 12 months. Either of us can end this agreement at any time, and we'll still pay what you've already earned.

You're independent

You aren't an employee of Mesh. You handle your own taxes on what you earn.
