Workspace settings

A small window for one workspace's own controls - its name, what Mesh remembers about it, and deleting it. Everything here touches this workspace only, never your whole account.

Where it lives

Just past the workspace trail sits a gear. Click it and Workspace settings opens over your work as a pop-up, not a side panel, so it never takes over the room.

Note  This isn't Settings & account, your whole-account corner opened from your avatar. The gear here is for this one workspace.

Name and details

Click into Workspace name and type. It saves the moment you click away or press Enter, with no separate save button. Below it sit a few read-only facts for a quick check, nothing to change.

What Mesh knows here

This is the workspace's own memory card - Mesh's short, private note of facts that hold true across the whole workspace, like "studying for a Geometry final in May" or "prefers worked examples over long explanations." A few plain lines you can read any time. To fix a single fact, tell Mesh in chat. To wipe the card and start clean, use Forget - it asks once before it clears.

Deleting a workspace

At the bottom, Delete workspace removes this workspace and everything inside it - its whiteboard, chats, maps, notes, artifacts, files, images, and videos. There's no undo, so Mesh opens a second window and asks you to confirm first.

Tip  Renaming saves the moment you click away or press Enter - there's no separate save button here.
