Profile

Mesh calls you by your answer to What should we call you?, unless you tell Mesh otherwise. Your photo is only for people; Mesh never receives it. Changes save on their own.

Sign-in

Every way you sign in opens this same account: Continue with Google, or your email and the six-digit code it sends.

• No code? Ask again after a minute.
• Google can't open inside apps like TikTok or Instagram: use email, or open the page in Safari or Chrome. In TikTok, Copy link for Google copies the link.
• Change email sends a code to the new address; the change happens once you enter it.
• Quote your Account ID when you contact support.

Appearance

Each kind of item, from Topics to Board flags, has one color that follows it everywhere. A color too pale to read is refused. Reset all brings back every default. There's no dark theme.

Voice

Read aloud reads each new reply as Mesh writes it. Pick Mesh's voice, Blue Mesh (male) or Pink Mesh (female), with the play button to hear it first, and the Reading speed, 1× to 2×. The Voice pop-out in Mesh's header changes them too. Talk and listen has the rest.

Refer people

Pick your own code and share your link: meshlearning.ai/r/ and your code, with Copy link beside it. The first time you save a code, you read the referral terms and agree with your full name (Agree and get my link); your link shows once you have, and again after you agree to any new version of the terms. You earn 20% of what each person you refer pays for a plan, for their first 12 months. Your link counts people only once you have agreed. Signed up counts everyone who signs up through your link, and Paying now how many of them pay for a plan. You see counts only, never who. You can change your code until the first person signs up with it; after that it stays. Referral terms opens the terms on their own page.

Help

Help in the top bar searches every Help page. Replay the tour takes the welcome tour again, in the Workspace you used last. Feedback and support there, or Open Feedback and support here, reaches the Mesh Learning team and tells them where you were.

Danger zone

Each asks you to type a phrase first, and waits while Mesh is replying.

• Reset Mesh content clears every Workspace and what Mesh knows about you, and keeps your account, plan and usage.
• Delete account ends a paid plan at once and forfeits its remaining time and usage, with no automatic refund.
• An upgrade still waiting on payment has to be finished or canceled in Plan & usage first.
• There is no export-everything button: download Library files and images one at a time first.
• Mesh keeps billing and usage records, without your name, email or content, for accounting.

Heads up:  A reset or a deletion can't be undone.

Privacy

Your Workspaces are private to your account, and Mesh Learning doesn't sell personal information. Mesh never reads your email, sign-in or billing; what an answer needs is sent out to be processed, as the Privacy page explains. Where Privacy or Terms, in the site footer, disagree with these pages, they win.

Install the app

Use your browser's Install app or Add to Home Screen on any Mesh Learning page: the same account in its own window, opening at Home. A Workspace open in two places at once works in the one you used last; the other says Open in another window until you press Use it here.
