Plan & usage

Your plan sets how much Mesh can do each month, how many Workspaces you can have, and how much of your Library is visible to Mesh. Every plan gets every feature, and Mesh works the same on every plan.

The four plans

Free, Basic, Plus, and Pro. Free has one Workspace and a one-time gift of usage; every paid plan adds monthly usage and unlimited Workspaces.

How usage works

Usage is what Mesh's work uses up: answers, drawings, pictures, and reading your sources. Plan & usage counts it in credits; the ring at the bottom of the message box shows the percent left, and tapping it shows when it resets. Mesh uses your monthly usage first, then any extra usage. Monthly usage refreshes each month; extra usage, and Free's gift, lasts 12 months from when it's added.

Change your plan

  • A bigger plan starts today. Mesh shows the exact charge first: you pay the difference, keep your unused monthly usage, and your billing month restarts that day.
  • A smaller plan costs nothing and starts at your next renewal.
  • If a payment is declined, your plan stays as it was.
  • Buy extra usage adds a pack that lasts 12 months, on any paid plan.
  • Billing details opens your billing portal for payment methods, invoices, and canceling.

When you run out

Before each step of a reply, Mesh sets aside the most that step could cost, then charges only what it used. So a reply can stop a little before zero, and sooner in a long chat. What Mesh finished stays, a step it can't cover is never charged, and every chat stays readable. You're never billed for usage you didn't buy.
