Layout & search

Panels open from the rails beside the Board, the top bar holds the Workspace's buttons, and Search finds anything in the room by name.

The rails open the panels

Tap a button on the left or right edge to open its panel, and tap it again to close it. Topics stays first on the left; drag the other buttons into any order. The right rail opens Mesh.

Topics

The Workspace's Topic outline.

Let this rail tuck away

The bottom button lets this edge tuck itself away, or keeps it showing.

Mesh

Your conversation and ongoing work with Mesh.

Let this rail tuck away

The bottom button lets this edge tuck itself away, or keeps it showing.

Dock, float, or fill the screen

A panel opens docked beside the Board; drag its inside edge to widen it. Float panel lets you drag it over the Board, and Fullscreen gives it the whole work area.

Try it. Drag the panel header, or press the hand for Float panel and again for Dock panel; Fullscreen is the button beside it. Close the panel with X, then reopen it from the Notes rail button.

The list in a panel

Every panel but Topics keeps a list of its notes, files, or chats beside what's open. Hide the list down to a slim strip for more space.

The products tell you which kind you have. Balance by coefficients — never touch subscripts.

4 H and 2 O per side — balanced.

Everything works: search, sort, switch a note, drag the right edge to resize, float or dock the list, or hide it.

The top bar

Each button opens a small card just below it; tap anywhere else or press Esc to close it. Help lists every Help page under a search, and Feedback and support reaches the Mesh Learning team.

Back and Forward

Back and Forward in a panel's header retrace everything you've opened in this Workspace, like a browser. The trail starts fresh when you reload the page.

Library

UML_Chemistry_Chapter4.pdf

Try it. Back and Forward retrace the trail, and the panel changes with it.

Collapse the frame

Enable full canvas mode tucks the top bar, both rails, and the Board toolbar away so the Board fills the screen. A small handle at each edge brings it back.

Try it. The five glowing buttons are the switches. Tap one and that piece tucks away; tap the handle it leaves at the edge to bring the piece back.

  • Top bar: the eye under its left end.
  • Full canvas: under its right end, all four at once.
  • Each rail: the eye at the bottom of the rail.
  • Toolbar: the eye at its right end.

On a phone

Held upright, one panel fills the screen at a time, and the rails fold into one Panels menu.

Tip:  Name things as you make them. Search finds Ch 4 quiz months later, but every Untitled note looks alike.
