The Workspace
A Workspace is a place for what you're learning, a course, an exam or a subject: your material, the Board, your chats, your Topics and Mesh stay together in it, so nothing you learn or make gets scattered.
The room
The Board fills the middle: the whiteboard you and Mesh work on. Topics and your material open from the left, and Mesh, your teacher, from the right.
What stays in a Workspace
Topics keep what you want to really understand. What's in a Workspace stays in it. Your CCRN Prep files, chats, Board, and Topics never show up in Spanish. Only what Memory keeps about you, and My commands, follow you into every Workspace.
The Calendar
Calendar in the top bar keeps this Workspace's events: an exam, a due date, a study session. It opens on the month, today circled and a dot on each day with events; tap a day to see its events or Add event, or switch to Upcoming for everything ahead. Each event has a title, a day, a time if you want one and a short note, where typing @ links a note or file as in Notes. Tell Mesh about one, “My exam is on May 12”, and Mesh puts it on the Calendar; ask what's coming up and Mesh reads it. On Home, the Calendar shows every Workspace's events, and its filter narrows them to the Workspaces you pick.
Workspace settings
Workspace settings, beside the Workspace's name in the top bar, renames it: type the new name and press Enter. Delete Workspace asks you to type the name, stops any reply Mesh is giving there, then removes the Workspace and everything in it.
Heads up: Deleting a Workspace can't be undone.
