Sign in

The same page handles sign-in and account creation.

1. 1Choose Start free on the public site.
2. 2Choose Continue with Google, or enter your email and choose Continue with email.
3. 3Inside TikTok, email appears first. To use Google instead, Copy link for Google explains that Google opens in Safari or Chrome before it copies the page link.
4. 4Enter the six-digit code to finish in the current tab, or use the button in the email.
5. 5The email button opens a page where Confirm email finishes setup.
6. 6A new account finished on a phone pauses on a short welcome screen confirming the account and 250 free credits; use Mesh on the phone now or sign in later on a laptop or tablet with the same email.
7. 7Open Mesh on this phone opens Home.

Note:  Email requests give the same answer for every valid address, so they never reveal who has an account. If nothing arrives, wait a minute and request another email.

What's yours stays yours

Your Workspaces are private to your account. You can send someone a separate copy, and Mesh Learning does not sell personal information.

• Send a copy gives another Mesh account its own separate Workspace, never a shared one; Sending a copy says what travels.
• Home, Settings, and your Workspaces all require you to be signed in.
• Nothing from one Workspace shows up in another: not its sources, chats, Board, Topic connections, or Workspace Memory. User Memory is the one thing that follows your account everywhere.
• Mesh works inside the Workspace you have open — What Mesh can do says what it reaches on each surface.
• Your email, sign-in history, and billing are not Workspace content, and Mesh never reads them.

Using an AI feature sends the content that answer needs out to be processed; the Privacy page's AI Processing section covers how that is handled.

Privacy and Terms

Privacy and Terms sit in the public footer. They are the legal word on eligibility, how your content and AI processing are handled, service providers, retention, deletion and export requests, acceptable use, plans, credits, and cancellation. Where they and these Docs disagree, the current Privacy and Terms pages win.

Install the app

Use your browser's own Install app or Add to home screen command from any Mesh Learning page. It's the same account and the same Workspaces, in an app window or behind a home-screen icon.

• The installed app opens at Home.
• There's no install button inside Mesh Learning; the command comes from your browser.
• Whether it's offered, and what it's called, depends on your browser and operating system.
