Storage
Storage is one card in Settings, Library storage: how much of your plan's Library allowance you have used, and how much is left. Only the files Mesh can read count toward it. Anything you have hidden from Mesh takes up none of your allowance, so hiding a file you want to keep is the quickest way to make room.

Only your Library counts. One allowance covers all your Workspaces.

When the meter is full
Make room before adding more: delete a Library item, or use Hide from Mesh on one you want to keep (Library).
When your plan changes
Moving to a smaller plan while your Library is over the new allowance starts a seven-day clock.
- Delete or hide enough to get under the new allowance in time, and nothing happens.
- Still over when the seven days are up, and every readable Library file in every Workspace is hidden from Mesh, not just the overflow. Nothing is deleted.
- Upgrade later and the files the app hid come back on their own, but only if they all fit at once.
- Files you hid yourself stay hidden.
