The Board
Every Workspace has an infinite whiteboard: the Board. The rest of the Workspace wraps around it, and there is no limit to what goes on it — drawings and shapes, pinned sources, Reference cards, Board flags, and whatever you ask Mesh to draw.
One Board, everything on it
The Board sits behind the panels and belongs to this Workspace alone. Open panels over or beside it, or take the whole screen with full canvas mode.
Ways to work here
- Draw and arrange: freehand ink, highlights, text, arrows, shapes, and sticky notes; move, resize, group, align, and layer them. Every tool lives on the Board toolbar.
- Spread out across pages: one Board, several pages, each remembering its own content, view, and paper style. Board pages shows how.
- Put your saved work on it: pin a source, place a Reference card, or plant a flag. What goes on the Board runs through everything a page can hold.
- Mark a spot you'll come back to: a Board flag names one place on a page, so you can jump to it and point at it from anywhere else.
- Ask Mesh to make it instead: say draw this as a flowchart and it puts real, editable content on the page you have open. It doesn't watch while you work, so Mesh on the Board covers showing it what's already there too.
Tip: Lost track of something on the Board? Fit content in the Board toolbar frames the page you are on — if it isn't in that frame, it is on another Board page.
