Workspace settings

Workspace settings is one window holding everything that belongs to this Workspace alone: its name, three behavior switches, its Workspace Memory card, and the button that deletes it. Open it with Workspace settings beside the Workspace name in the top bar.

Name the Workspace

Edit the Workspace name field, then press Enter or click away. An empty field restores the current name. The window also shows the Workspace's ID with a copy button, and when the Workspace was created and last updated.

Three Workspace behavior switches

Three switches, all on by default. Each one takes effect the moment you flip it and saves on its own; if a save fails, the switch flips back and shows the error right there.

Auto-switch Active Topic
The Active Topic moves with you when you start working in another Topic. The Map guide covers this switch and the one below it.
Auto-file new content
New Notes, Library sources, Images, Videos, and Board flags file under the Active Topic as they arrive. Turn it off and new work stays unfiled until you file it yourself.
Focus the board on jumps
Jumping to a shape or flag on the Board closes the side panels so the Board gets the whole screen. Turn it off to keep your panels open.

Workspace Memory

The card of short facts Mesh keeps about work in this Workspace. Read it here, remove a single fact with its row button, or choose Forget all and confirm. Memory & scratchpad covers what goes in it.

Delete a Workspace

Delete workspace opens a confirmation window: type the Workspace's exact name to enable the delete button, and the Workspace and everything inside it are gone. If Mesh is working there, stop it or wait for it to finish first.

Note:  Deleting a Workspace can't be undone. To clear every Workspace at once instead, see Support, reset & deletion.
