Support, reset & deletion

Support is where you open the full Docs, choose whether help buttons appear around a Workspace, or reach the Mesh Learning team. Danger Zone, right below it, holds the two permanent actions. Each asks for an exact phrase, then opens one final summary before anything runs.

Support

Learn Mesh, get help while you work, or contact us.

Docs

The guide to every part of Mesh.

Open Docs

Feedback and support

Send a bug report, idea, or support request with this page context.

Contact support

Show help buttons

Question-mark buttons that open the right Docs page, plus example prompts in empty chats.

Danger Zone

Reset your Mesh content, or delete your account for good.

Reset Mesh content

Removes your workspaces, chats, notes, maps, Library files, Images, videos, Web links, and what Mesh knows about you. Your account, profile, membership, and credits stay in place.

Delete account

Permanently deletes your account, Mesh content, memory, unused credits, Mesh billing profile, and sign-in. Your plan is canceled immediately; records required for payment and accounting may remain. This cannot be undone.

Docs and help buttons

Open Docs opens the guide to every part of Mesh. Show help buttons controls the question-mark buttons that open the right Docs page from panels, the Board, and Workspace settings, plus the example prompts in empty chats. The Map panel's one button switches to Topics while a Topic Hub is open. Turn the preference off to hide those shortcuts and examples; Open Docs in Support stays available.

Send feedback or get help

Feedback and support sits in the top bar; Settings has the same door under Support as Contact support. Either one opens the same form, starting with Report a bug, Share an idea, or Get help.

  • Write your message, then press Send.
  • One screenshot is optional: paste it into the box, or press Upload screenshot and pick a PNG, JPEG, or WebP up to 10 MB. A newer one replaces the one before it.
  • The app includes where you were (the page, the Workspace, your browser) and how to reach you, so you don't have to restate any of that.

Note:  Feedback goes to the Mesh Learning team, and never becomes Workspace content.

Reset Mesh content

Reset Mesh content clears out everything you've built while keeping the account itself. Your membership, plan, and billing survive; your Workspaces don't. Type the exact phrase reset my mesh content, review the current content counts in the final summary, then confirm. It won't run while Mesh is mid-task in any Workspace.

Removed

  • Every Workspace and everything inside it.
  • Your User Memory card.

Preserved

  • Your account, Profile, sign-in, membership, credits and usage, billing, feedback, avatar, and appearance colors.

Note:  Reset cannot be undone.

Delete the account

Delete account removes the membership itself. Type the exact phrase delete my account, review the icon-labeled content counts and any paid-plan warning in the final summary, then confirm. The action is permanent: your account, your content, and your unused credits are gone.

  • Getting work out is one item at a time: Export text on a Note, Download file on a Library source, Download image on an Image. There is no single button that exports everything.
  • Deletion waits while Mesh is responding anywhere or whenever the app cannot reach billing safely.
  • You do not have to cancel a paid plan first. Deleting immediately cancels Stripe billing and forfeits remaining paid access and unused credits without an automatic refund.
  • As soon as Mesh accepts the deletion, you land back on the sign-in page while any remaining provider cleanup finishes automatically.
